 We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Please allow 2–4 weeks for order processing and delivery.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted. Please ensure all order details—including selected items and your full name (first and last)—are accurate at checkout to avoid postal delays.

• During high-volume periods such as sales or new collection launches, shipping delays may occur.

• Delivery times provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

• Amal Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will determine whether it is safe to leave the package. If not, a parcel notice will be left with instructions for redelivery or pickup at your local post office.

⸻ Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

 • Amal Designs is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

• If the carrier confirms delivery with proof and you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with your local carrier.

• We are not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the package.

• For compensation related to shipping delays, please contact the carrier directly, as we are unable to provide refunds or compensation for unexpected delays.
